STABLE & TRAILS

Spruce Valley Ranch has a 10-stall stable where homeowners may board their horses during the summer.  The Stable is located near miles of multi-use trails through the Ranch and also adjoining US Forest Service land. For stall and tack room numbers please contact the HOA Board Administrator at [email protected].  Please be aware that the trails are used by hikers, bikers and for horseback.

1) FIRST TIME USERS OF THIS FACILITY WILL BE REQUIRED TO MEET WITH A BOARD MEMBER (MANAGER) PRIOR TO GAINING ACCESSThe Indemnification Agreement must be completed and signed by all Owners by March 1st. (The Stable Indemnification Agreement is available in the Owners Only section)
2) Owners may keep one horse in the stable. If space is available, additional horses may be kept in the stable.
3) All horses must be healthy at all times.
4) All feeding and care of a horse are to be performed by the horse’s owner or his/her representative.
